Link a Utility Account on myEssex

Follow the directions below to link a utility account to your myEssex profile:

 

1. Log in (see Create a Profile on myEssex) and click Search for your Account under "Water & Wastewater"

 

2. Complete the required fields and click Search

 

3. The results of your search will be displayed. Confirm this is the correct utility account and connect it to your profile by clicking Connect Account(s). If something does not look right, click Search Again.

 

Your utility account is now linked to your myEssex profile and bills will appear on the dashboard after signing in.
